We hire fewer than ten trainees a year. Each is sat with a partner from week one.
Real responsibility
Associates run their own files from early on, supervised but not duplicated.
Honest hours
We bill for the work, not the hours. Our people are not measured on chargeable targets.
Stay or move on
The majority of our partners trained here. Those who leave do so for the right reasons, with our blessing.
